Leadership does feel like a beginning at times. I think you find yourself in different situations every day and they are looked over. Take the time to stop and consider something new. Just like this blog…I started this to share with you all the things I have learned over the years. But not only that…I think there are so many new things to learn…it truly never gets old. It is difficult to ‘begin’. Try working with your team or your co-worker to create a new beginning or opportunity. This could change the way you see your work, your employer, your co-workers.
